01

Controller and scope

The controller is the publisher identified in the Legal notice. This policy applies only to World Cryptocurrency Guide. External services determine their own processing and policies.

02

Data and purposes

The site has no user account, profile, newsletter or public form and requires no identity to browse. Hosting may temporarily process IP address, time, requested resource, response code and browser information to deliver the site, diagnose errors, prevent abuse and maintain security.

03

Email messages

If you voluntarily write to contact@worldwebcertified.com, your address, message headers and content are used only to understand, answer and reasonably follow up your request. Never send a recovery phrase, private key, password, identity document or unnecessary financial information.

04

Legal bases, recipients and retention

Site delivery and security rely on the publisher’s legitimate interest in operating a reliable information service. Correspondence is handled to answer your request. Access is limited to the people answering and technical providers within their duties. Logs follow the host’s security retention period; messages are kept only as needed for handling and reasonable follow-up, then deleted or archived where a legal duty or dispute requires it.

05

Cookies, local storage and transfers

The current version sets no advertising or analytics cookie and stores no preference locally. Fonts, scripts and images are hosted on the same domain. Following an external link sends ordinary connection data to that service, whose own policy then applies. See the Cookies.

06

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing and exercise portability where applicable. Write to contact@worldwebcertified.com. Proportionate identity verification is requested only where reasonable doubt exists. You may also complain to the CNIL.

07

Security and changes

Reasonable safeguards limit unauthorized access, but no online service offers absolute security. This policy will be updated before accounts, forms, analytics or third-party services change the processing described here.
